MEETING LAST WEEK
We had a great meeting last Thursday night and about 27 people were in attendance including Abigail Blue from the RNC Robeson County field office and we are in her district. The Republican National Committee recognizes not only how important North Carolina is when it comes to the November election but also how important HOKE COUNTY is and this district. If there are problems, questions and or concerns that come up within our district, we can get you answers, hear your ideas and solutions, and make sure we have Fair and Honest Elections!
HOKE COUNTY PARENTS FOR EDUCATION
We also had a group from a local organization called Hoke County Parents for Education and three of their members spoke about the mask mandates, vaccine clinics and other local educational concerns. They made it clear they support Teachers, Staff and Students when it comes to defending one’s individual right to make health decisions for themselves and their kids, not the school system.

I am Solymar Castellon, Co-leader of Hoke County Parents for Education, formally requesting public support from the Republican GOP of Raeford for tomorrow’s Hoke County Board Education meeting regarding the current mask mandate in our district schools. Meeting will take place tomorrow, February 22nd, at 6:30 p.m. in the Media center at Hoke High school, 505 Bethel road, Raeford. Your public support will be very much appreciated for this event.

PRECINCTS ROUND UP March 12
We have 15 Precincts and need to come together on March 12, 2022 at Rockfish Uhaul, Pack and Ship and Flea Market Building, 2950 Lindsay Rd Raeford NC 28376 at 11:00am to go over Precinct Captains and Neighborhood Captains. We’ll have some lunch and discuss ALL PRECINCTS! ANYONE can be a Precinct or Neighborhood Captain and we need at least one for each community.
COUNTY CONVENTION March 17
Our County Convention is the highlight of the year where Republicans come together and get prepared for the upcoming year. ONE OF the guest speakers this year is Kay Wildt from the Moore County Republican Women’s Club. The MCRWC is the LARGEST WOMENS CLUB in the state and Kay will be talking directly to the women of the party on how to come together to help influence North Carolina and being a positive factor in the nation and state GOP. We will have a nice dinner and hear from candidates for the 2022 Mid-Term election. YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED Republican as of January 2022 unless invited as guest. County Conventions are crucial to attend District and State Conventions. ADOPT A HIGHWAY ROAD CLEANUP March 19
Last year, Hoke GOP Adopted a section of Hwy 401 near Parker United Methodist Church. WE MUST every quarter set up a ROAD CLEAN UP DAY and this quarter it will be March 19 starting at 9:00am and we’ll clean up till about noon and then celebrate with a Hot Dogs Grill out. WE WILL MEET Across 401 from Parker United Methodist Church at JOYCE LANE! Just put in Joyce Lane Raeford and you will find the parking area. We will be out there EARLY with cones and banner.
PATRIOT DINNER
We are planning a Patriot Dinner for the late summer early fall! If you would like to be a part of putting this dinner on, please get with one of our board members.
