Hello, Hoke County!
I hope everyone enjoyed the 4th of July celebration and took a moment to reflect on the significance of the holiday. 246 years ago our forefathers were determined to bring forth a new nation where the government was guided by the citizens and the individual retained the liberty of self-determination. We’ve experienced setbacks as well as glorious achievements in our short history and remain the best nation in the history of civilization.
It falls on all of us to fight to keep this nation free and to push back on those who would “fundamentally change” our way of life. I invite you to join us in standing for freedom, equality, the rule of law, limited government, and the protection of our unalienable rights.”
We have plans for a full summer of events, come out and get involved, and let’s show NC and the nation that Hoke County is one of the brightest glimmers in that “shining city on a hill.”

Dems Are Hemoraging Voters
You may have seen this floating around social media. That’s right. More than a million Americans have switched to the Republican Party. Good news for us, bad news for them.
Here in Hoke County, we have been working hard to change the voting landscape. Since January, we have registered 40+ voters at our registration drives/events. Plus, we have had 19 Hoke County Dems switch to Republican and 66 switch to Unaffiliated. In addition, 24 Unaffiliated voters switched to Republican.
Keep pushing and spreading the word!
Food Truck Rodeo Tomorrow!
Finally, the long-anticipated food truck rodeo is here! Tomorrow, Friday, July 8, come out to East Hoke Middle School from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. to get your grub on! Don’t forget to bring your chairs and blankets so that you have somewhere to sit!

Patriot Cornhole Tournmaent
The Patriot Cornhole Tournament was a great success! With 20 teams competing, the fun lasted until after midnight. Three teams emerged victorious and took home the prize money.
Thank you to everyone who came out to compete, and to work the event. It was such a great time!
Westgate Independence Day Voter Registration Drive
What a great day! We were out at Westgate enjoying the festivities, registering voters, and educating military families that they can vote here in Hoke county where they live, where they spend their money, and where they educate their children without changing their home of record and giving up all the tax benefits that come with it.

2022 Gun Raffle
You know how we Republicans like our 2A! The NC GOP and the NC Republican Sportsmen are sponsoring the 2022 Gun Raffle to benefit the NCGOP Judicial Fund.
And when you sign up for the raffle, you are not only supporting the NC GOP Judicial Fund. Mention on the registration form that you purchased your tickets through HOKE COUNTY GOP and HALF of the ticket price comes back to Hoke County. We all win!
Ticket Prices are as follows:
- 1 ticket for $50
- 3 tickets for $100
- 6 tickets for $150
- 12 tickets for $200
- 35 tickets for $500
The last day to register is September 28.
Winners will be drawn at the NC Republican Sportsmen Banquet on October 1 at the Farm on 95 in Selma, NC. Tickets to the banquet are sold separately.

We are looking for Hoke County residents who would be willing to invite at least 10 neighbors, friends, and/or family members to your home or your neighborhood center for a relaxed Coffee & Conversations event to get to know the candidates.
